If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us promptly at admin@thepartyparcelau.com with your order details and photos of the issue. We’ll work with you to arrange an appropriate solution in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind, including if the wrong product, colour, quantity, size or event date was selected.
Personalised, custom and made-to-order products cannot be returned or exchanged once production has begun.
